Instructions:

To get the best results, provide detailed and specific information about your project's current status. The more precise your input, the more tailored and useful the output will be. The output will focus on five metrics (Schedule, Resources, Scope/Deliverables, Risks/Issues, Overall).

  1. Weekly Update: The output will detail your project's current status. This includes information on schedule, resources, scope or deliverables, and any risks or issues. Based on this, the GPT will create a table with three columns: Metric, Status, and Description. This table offers a clear and concise overview of the project's status.

  2. Presenter Notes: GPT will give you talking points for each metric. These notes guide the presenter of the Weekly Update on what to emphasize during discussions, offering insights beyond the table content.

  3. Risks & Issues: Based on the initial input, GPT will highlight Risks and Issues in a separate section, describing and recommending mitigations. This helps in focusing on problem-solving and proactive management.

  4. Email Summary: This part communicates the project status to wider audiences or team members who might not attend meetings. GPT will craft a table summary in a conversational style, suitable for an email format, with an introduction, conclusion, and bullet-list summary of each metric.

  5. Status Definition: Finally, GPT will explain the criteria used to determine the statuses (Green, Yellow, or Red) in the Weekly Update table. This section clarifies the rationale behind the status allocation, ensuring transparency and understanding among stakeholders.
